CRM is all about maintaining a wealth of information regarding your clients and vendors and using this information effectively. You already have this data in your TravCom CS database. Wouldn't it be great if your agents could have access to that information? And that's exactly what ClientMajic gives them -- without giving them access to your accounting data. ClientMajic gives your agents the tools they need to manage their relationships with your clients.

Detailed Client and Passenger Profiles
ClientMajic uses the same client database your TravCom CS back-office system uses. The client profiles are identical in both. ClientMajic extends TravCom CS by enabling your agents to see and use that client data.

Targeted Marketing
ClientMajic lets your agents query client profiles using all of the information you've just seen as potential search criteria. That means, for example, that an agent could create a group of all the clients who are interested in European vacations.

Sales Centre Lets Agents Control Their Own Work
One of TravCom CS's most important features is its interface with your CRS. You avoid having to re-key sales data from your front office. Wouldn't it be nice to let the agents who booked the sales review the data for accuracy before it is posted? ClientMajic lets them do just this.

CRS Integration
If your agency uses Amadeus, Galileo/Apollo, Sabre, or Worldspan then the CRS integration built into ClientMajic is for you. You can instantly populate a PNR with passenger information, including addresses, phone numbers, frequent flyer information, form of payment information, and even customized PNR entries.

Easy Passenger Searching Tools
As a busy agent you don't have time searching through multiple screens to find the passenger and information you are looking for. With the always-visible passenger search toolbar in ClientMajic you won't have to. From anywhere in ClientMajic enter a passenger name, either by first name or last. Or enter a phone number, email address, or part of.

Message Board and Scheduler
Finally, ClientMajic comes with a utility that will help your team work together better: a shared message board and scheduler system. The Scheduler presents tasks, appointments and reminders in an easy-to-read calendar format.

      • 10 GB of hard disk space
      • Internet access/ network card

Database server

      • Intel Pentium 4 (or later)
      • 2GB RAM
      • 30 GB of hard disk space
      • Internet access/ network card

 

Software Prerequisites

Following operating System:

      • Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition or full SQL Server 2005 or later
      • VPN (Virtual Private Network)/ RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) - Optional

Note: SQL Server Express Edition can be downloaded free of charge from www.microsoft.com (please consult a member of the TravCom support team for specific configuration details)
